Can I use my Upgrade OneCard to withdraw funds at an ATM? (Accounts opened before April 6, 2026)
Yes, the Upgrade OneCard can be used at ATMs. Follow the steps below to set up ATM access:
- From your Upgrade OneCard Account Dashboard, select More > ATM Settings
- Select the ATM access button and create a PIN
- You can confirm that the Rewards Checking Preferred Account is shown as the Primary Payment Method for ATM
- Finalize the changes by selecting Authorize & Submit
Your ATM access should now be enabled. Please remember to select “Credit Card” when using the ATM.
*To use your Upgrade OneCard to make ATM withdrawals, you are required to have a Rewards Checking Preferred account through Upgrade and designate the Rewards Checking Preferred Account as the primary source of payments for the Pay Now Purchases feature of your Upgrade OneCard.
